# cANCELLATION POLICY
Things happen, we understand. You can get a refund\* on your pass one month prior to the event.
##### Please see the TWO options below
- **OPTION 1:** Regardless of when you purchased your pass: If you cancel by midnight Central European Time (CET) 30 days prior to the first event date, you’ll get a refund of the amount paid (less a 5% service fee). United XR Europe: 30 days prior to the 2026 event is Saturday, 7 November 2026. After 12:01am CET 29 days out from the first event date, there are no refunds.
- **OPTION 2:** You also have the option of transferring your pass to someone else, which you can do by contacting our registration team at registration@unitedxr.eu.
##### How to Cancel
You also have the option of transferring your pass to someone else, which you If you need to cancel your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at registration@unitedxr.eu.an do by contacting our registration team at registration@unitedxr.eu.
##### Changing Hotel Reservations
If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact the hotel in order to cancel or change your reservation.
